Shoulder pain is very common in all age groups. The shoulder is one of the most mobile joints in our body to perform multi-directional movement. In most cases, shoulder pain is due to weak muscles or muscles being overcompensated for a long time. Besides shoulder pain, the other common pain is elbow, wrist, and finger pain. This is mainly related to a tendon injury, nerve entrapment and degenerative disease.
